Canceled Orders


Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 30% restocking fee will apply.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then THE PAYMENT PROVIDER, NOT US, stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return Policy 
Product can be returned within 5 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 30% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by DENTAMED USA within 5 days of date received by the customer.

Terms of service

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation.

Florida residents pay sales tax 7%.
Shipping
Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states.
We cannot ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Please provide your phone number with your purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we cannot ship without it.
No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Time FOR NEW PRODUCTS ONLY

The Product is in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. This product ships directly from the manufacturer, so delivery time is faster.

OTHER CONDITIONS APPLY WITH REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS. 

Usually there is a wait period of 14-21 days to get the items ready prior to shipping. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email there will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Shipping

Shipping includes any FedEx, UPS, & USPS shipping but excludes any LTL freight delivery, liftgate service delivery, inside delivery, and white glove service.
Free shipping includes all 48 contiguous US states, but excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Terms of Sale:

Claims: All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within five (5) working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition. The common carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from the F.O.B. shipping point. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must be documented and filed promptly with the freight carrier.
Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery, with a request for inspection.
If a request is made more than 5 days after the receipt of the merchandise, reasonable evidence must be submitted indicating that damage could not have occurred after delivery.

Refurbished Items

We inspect and test all refurbished items prior to delivery. The warranty period in Florida is covered for one year during which time you have one free service call or three free hours of service whatever occurs first. After you have used the free service call, each additional hour costs $120. Outside Florida, the warranty period is 90 Days (Residential). Hospital beds are purchased from different sources. We test them and make sure they get fully functional to your location. Many things happen behind the scenes while we are working right after you place the order. Refurbished beds are totally checked, worn areas are repainted and lubricated. Plus we spend hours making sure they are properly cleaned, have no leakages, the side-rail cables are smoothly operating as well as the solenoids, etc. etc. That is the reason why we have a very strict policy and we take our work truly seriously. We accept no refunds, no returns and no cancellations. When placing an order, make sure they fit in through the door, the elevator, and that there are not so many steps or that you have a ramp to facilitate the delivery.
